Ooooooo! Todays showing of the Impala 615 at 10 minutes had us both drooling for that huge lounge with loads of lockers, large cupboards and lovely rear kitchen with it's spacious prep area and large sink. That drop down TV was a great feature and well positioned. Great design for the bathroom sink to have counter space and even shelving in the shower-Yup Sold to the 2 Ex Pat Brits in Canada, providing they do an automatic. We have so many Km/miles between stops here that we cannot imagine driving shift anymore. Quite impressed that you do, along with concentrating on the height and length with towing the car too. Good job that you have a great navigator in Jenny
Thanks for you efforts this week, we could only spend 1 day at the show and probably missed 75% of what you have shown...its a pity the show doesn't open a little earlier and close later 10-6 is just not enough.. Thanks to you both again...
Thank you for looking through the Autotrail Imala 615 same layout as our Tribute 615 here in NZ we enjoyed walking through with you. Also the 730 thanks so much. Like the 734 with single beds but prefer your's with the bathroom along the back and lower beds. Once again thanks for checking out the Autotrails.
Glad you both liked the Auto Trail Adventure 65. We visited the show last Wednesday and are going to start our campervan adventure next year. We felt it offered everything we are looking for. We had the same problem with the bathroom basin 🤣. I think it was just one of the catches was “in” and the other “out” so were not in sync. Love your reviews.
Hi Bob, great reviews as usual, looking at the Imala’s, again, the fridges aren’t auto energy selection and don’t work from any sort of phone app that I can think of. The fridges are exactly the same as in my old van with electronic controls but not auto option. Also the bathrooms are the same as our old van in all the Imalas you looked at, they have an issue where anyone over 5ft 11 is, shall we say, challenged when sitting on the toilet. I had to have the door open! That’s the main reason we changed it.
Thank you for the reviews this week, enjoyed them all, but waited all week for the Auto Trail and you didn't disappoint. Great review, love the Imala 615, seemed so spacious. Definitely food for thought!! Thank you for sharing. Its been a great week.
We have a 615 Tribute same layout and can tell you they are so open and roomy good bench space. Using Duvalay beds on the single beds is great, no making up beds.
Great video as always. It strikes me what great campers, vans based on the Ducato/Boxer/Relay bases are. Compared to Transporter based conversions, they seem really good value. I have had both 5.4 metre and 6 metre conversions. Both have been easy to use as single vehicles. Great in town and motorways. My present 5.4 metre 2.55 metre goes under most barriers. Those that it can’t go under (2.1m etc) are too low for any van.
Looked for you and jenny to say hi on sunday. Didn't see you unfortunately. On the island bed where the top of the mattress lifted up, was that one of the beds that lifted up under the pillows to a sitting position? I saw a few of them when I was looking. Great reviews by the way.
12:04 “ Somewhere to swing a cat ,certainly not do the funky chicken “ 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Well Done Bob and Jenny .I think I speak for us all when I say thank you very much for the hard work you put in over the last week . I will round up my donation to the R.N.L.I to £60 👍🏻👍🏻. Well done guys .👌
Hi from NZ. Thanks for reviewing the 615 Imala. We have a Tribute 615 spec’d up to the Imala. Great van, plenty of room and a very spacious feel to it.
Another great video, I loved the Imala 615, it was really spacious like you both said. I bet you both need a rest after all your hard work. Thank you so much enjoyed all your reviews. Looking forward to your next video x
Another super vid thank you bob & Jenny , I personally wasent gone on both the hymers we’d been in them before and just dident like the feel loll , but if just for travelling I loved the lmala 615 & auto trail adventure both really equipped and super layout, quick ? Bob & Jenny you both seem to love different things from each motorhome you’ve ever looked at but is there one that has most of what you’d like that you would say would be perfect and would consider buying, I’d be really interested thank you bob & Jenny , poppy x💙
Nice pubs and meals I can recommend are: Horse & Farrier - Threlkeld....Sun Inn at Crook......Dog & Gun Keswick.......Watermill Inn at Ings.....& The Crown Inn at Pooley Bridge. These are spread out all over Cumbria. Hope this info helps!
Great video keep up the good work. I have a imala 730 and the pay load for the 3500kg is 330kg you can up the pay load to 36500kg giving you 480kg if your license allows for that.
Hello Bob and Jenni. After watching all your adventures we are hooked and so are about to start our own. We are going to look at a Motorhome brought in to the local dealer by us at the weekend. It’s a used one. What tips would you both have that we should be asking/checking with the dealer please. Also what would Jenni top tips be for the inside? Love watching you both. Thanks in advanced. The Palmers
Top tip I guess is comfortable beds, followed by a layout that works for you. I would hire a motorhome before buying anything. You need to know if you like motorhoming first.

You'll need a lot of stamina to do a full day there. Better to stay on a campsite nearby and pace yourselves over a couple of days.

Yes, the VW vans always seem so exoensive too.
10:00 the only layout that does it for me really and a nice change for you to visit it, thank you.
It was refreshing to see a change from rear beds centre washroom.
Loving the videos. Hope Poppy enjoyed the treat I bought her. Keep those locker doors moving, that's what they're there for x
lesley barlow thank you for Poppy’s treats she has shared them with her friends Konnie and Macy 🙂

If you mean the Auto-trail, I couldn't see how to lift it.
Always enjoy your reviews.....especially when it's an Autotrail. ♥️👍

Thanks, yes we really like our current layout and the one we like the most is the Bailey Autograph 79-4T.
You're off to the Lake District in 2 weeks - Looking forward to that. I know Cumbria really well. Enjoyed your latest reviews of the vans there.
Thanks for the recommendations. We'll have to head more towards Keswick.
really good, and I like it!
You two must be Knackered. Can't believe how many Van's you have looked at. Another Great Informative Video. Always Appreciated 👍🙂
Thanks for the appreciation!
Really enjoyed looking around the motorhomes. Hope you are off for a holiday
Thanks, Lake District in 2 weeks.

Daft Question, was there no American Gear there? That Camper withthe Kitchen at the Rear , really liked that one
I didn't see any American RVs at the show, normally it's new European motorhomes.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo theres a dealer in Barnsley Sth Yorks , Large n Small Units , if ur ever Passing in the Area would be Intresting
We reviewed the Apache 700. Really nice interior. Cheers Oliver
Thanks. Sorry we didn't get to talk much.
Great video, not the same with out poppy by your side shame they don’t let dog in though, it does get rather crowded around the show . 👍👍👍👍👍

I love the Autotrail but I wish they would do the travel seats underneath the seats like the Elddis model , love your vidios.
Thanks
We didn’t manage to look at any motorhomes
I didn't look at any Caravans. 😁
What has Hymer done to the Exsis? Those woodgrain roof lockers are absolutely horrible. Looks cheap and nasty.
I can't say the Hymer's impressed.
