AFT summons defence secretary, Army chief for holding up orders to release jawan’s pension. The AFT’s bench has directed that the defence secretary and the Army chief appear before it on October 21 to explain the non-implementation of the Tribunal’s order. The Principal Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) on Monday sought the personal appearance of the Defence Secretary and Chief of Army Staff in a case of contempt where the disability pension of a jawan has not been paid in spite of repeated orders by the Tribunal.
The AFT’s bench has directed that the defence secretary and the Army chief appear before it on October 21 to explain the non-implementation of the Tribunal’s orders.. The directions come in the wake of a recent judgement by a larger bench of the Tribunal which had ruled that the AFT possesses the powers of contempt to get its orders implemented in case there is wilful non-compliance by the respondents.

I am also facing this problem at AFT kolkata , AFT already declared judgement infavour of me but Govt habe not.paid to me till date .Govt have.challange at kolkata high court.against the judgement.of honourable AFT kolkata regional.branch.Thanks to.honourable AFT.

I am also facing the same problem at aft chandigarh . AFT CHANDIGARH Court order in my favour date 23/01/2023.But mod appeal last month punjab and Haryana High court against AFT CHANDIGARH Order.

Hon NB sub को naib subedar की बराबर पैंशन का aft chandigarh se केस जीत कर पैंशन मिलनी शुरू हो गई थी orop 1में कैसे बंद कर दी ये भी ऐसा ही केस है और ये तो mod ने बिना किसी कोर्ट में जाए ही रोक दिया है

For personal and kind attention of Hon'ble Defence Secretary, dear General (COAS), PCDA and SPARSH Team. Sir, Hony Flying Officer(HFO)'s Qualifying Service(QS) has been considered for 32 to 33 years but a Sub Maj Gp X (Hony Lt) of Colours/Navy who has rendered 32, 32.5, 33 or even more years has been considered for service pension applicable for QS 30 years which is quite injustice in the eyes of law. Also it is very surprising to say that Sub Maj Gp X having more than 32.5 years of QS has been considered for much more than Hony Lt who is very senior to Sub Maj. Please have a kind glance carefully, deeply and discreetly. With profound regards.

Don't be so happy. That is the reasons why our jawans are summoned by police also. it is not appreciable. Honourable Courts have the powers to summon any one and none can ignore.
