There is no way a person can get the minute details of the notes of the music to be played at such perfection. With all due respect to the gifted talents of Alip's guitar skills, I'm quite sure that he also has a a photographic memory. His guitar skills plus photographic memory makes him a genius at what he does and why he is the very best EVER. All the best from Australia.
Me has the same thought. He has a photographic memory and has a master on managing his brain to do "multitasking" on his guitar. In my view, he is not remembering the chords like a normal guitarist would do. He EXACTLY knows what sound would be produced in every inch of his guitar area, which perfectly match to the music, and lyrics!

I never thought I could be so captivated by a guy just sitting on the floor playing guitar for 6 minutes straight. I don’t know much about guitarists, but in my book he’s the best out there now. It’s very easy to see how he’s mastered the instrument even as someone with zero musical experience. A very talented musician for sure!

Tapi menurut saya pribadi,, menjaga tempo, ketepatan, dengan lagu yg orng lain blm bisa lakukan dgn detail, dan kejelian stiap petikan sehingga orng yg mendengarkan akan trasa seperti mendengarkan lagunaslinya. There’s a lot of debate about Sungha jung and alip. honestly coming from a korean background, these artists are both insane and shouldn’t even be compared to. Their styles are way too different and can’t be compared. To those debaters, I think we should just all say they are both geniuses and prodigies.
As an outsider looking in I can easily disagree. Sungha is on a different level, this fellow not so much. He's passionate and talented sure, but hes not THAT good. why even bring it up?

How can you play something this complex on a guitar. (I play guitar, I don't know what he's playing). I think it proves that the guitar is the most versatile instrument after the piano, in the right hands of course. What a virtuoso!! He's incredible.
Cort are cheap guitars made in Indonesia and Korea. It’s not even an electro acoustic, just a basic model with a lavalier mic. If anything it proves a good guitarist can play on any guitar and make it sound awesome, like a good singer could sing the phone book

With all due respect to the gifted talents of Alip's guitar skills, I'm quite sure that he also has a a photographic memory. Me has the same thought. He has a photographic memory and has a master on managing his brain to do "multitasking" on his guitar. In my view, he is not remembering the chords like a normal guitarist would do. He EXACTLY knows what sound would be produced in every inch of his guitar area, which perfectly match to the music, and lyrics!

Hearing used when developed the tabs (interpretation), photographic memory plays on remembering all the keys/tabs using his visualization and coordination. It is a brain genius IQ level >140.
His hand and fingers are very flexi, fast and in the same time have a strong puncing/pushing/pressing fret and string. He also can strech 5 fret in fixed position from fret 1 to 5 using his pinky finger, u can see the example of this on 2.18 on this vid he streched fret 2 to fret 6. That is called Talent.
So that is why Genius+Talent make him the best of the best guitaris finger style.

I never thought I could be so captivated by a guy just sitting on the floor playing guitar for 6 minutes straight. I don’t know much about guitarists, but in my book he’s the best out there now. It’s very easy to see how he’s mastered the instrument even as someone with zero musical experience. A very talented musician for sure!

There’s a lot of debate about Sungha jung and alip. honestly coming from a korean background, these artists are both insane and shouldn’t even be compared to. Their styles are way too different and can’t be compared. To those debaters, I think we should just all say they are both geniuses and prodigies.

Cort are cheap guitars made in Indonesia and Korea. It’s not even an electro acoustic, just a basic model with a lavalier mic. If anything it proves a good guitarist can play on any guitar and make it sound awesome, like a good singer could sing the phone book

this man is a great example to describe ‘man behind the gun’ phrase. He justs using the local and ‘cheap’ guitar but that won’t stop him to produce great tune and harmony. Mas Alip, you rocks!
