How do you make sure you don't accidentally overmelt your beads? I overmelt mine a lot by accident...

Turn down the heat on your iron! It'll take longer to iron, but you'll have control over how much the beads melt :)

About how long did you iron the beads for? Because when making this I think I over ironed it, because the parts of the box didn't stay together, so I had to glue them together.

i literally spent 4 hours making this,and it would not fit together!!!I dont recommend making this unless ur really good at ironing,because beginners would just waste time and beads!i wish this was just a hot glue project,because i used ALL of my grey beads for nothing!im really dissapointed with this project.

Rochelle Moore sorry it didn’t turn out the way you wanted! You can still hot glue it together instead of piecing it together. Just cut the edge pieces off that interlock with an xacto knife and VOILA it’s now a hot glue gun project.
