I am actually in the market right now for a pick-up and I've been choosing between the Navarra 4x2 VL, Navarra Calibre X and the Ranger Sport. Thanks to this review I'm leaning towards the Navarra 4x2 VL and even considering the 4x4 VL. Great reaview, love the details as it answered the questions I had in mind. Very informative 👏🏾 👌
I'd always choose Navaras over Rangers. If the looks and toys are what you're looking for. But if you are like me who values reliability over anything, go for the Japanese brands. Then maybe Ford. I have seen many auto repair shops and most of the cars inline for repair are from Ford. You rarely see any frome Japanese brands except maybe for the really old models. Plus I think you forgot to mention that the Navara has a MUCH better riding comfort with the coil springs and zero gravity seats then the Ranger. Also, if it rains, Ranger's and Raptor's roof sounds very tinny and noisy.
i got my VE MT 2022 released december 2021 and i can it’s really worth it the money eventhough it’s only 1 step lower from a a base model but the spex and features i can say it’s really worth it
Bias sa Ford ang review. Why not compare to other brands such sa Strada, Dmax, Hilux? lageng comparison sa price ung ford. Yung Ford na pogi lang tingnan pero sirain haha
The common Filipino will not buy a Ford Ranger simply because it breaks down when using it for its functionality. Imagine bringing the Ranger on river crossing and basic offroading, tapos pagbalik mo andami ng issue ng pang ilalim. Kapitbahay namin literal na shop and ang advise ng mga mekaniko is to stay away from Ford.
Really? Are you based in the Philippines? That must be a really recent update then as the demo unit that I got earlier this year still didn't have power seats
Is this the Thai build versions? I noticed that the dash of the version you have shown here is from the d23, with the top tray storage and cup holders under air vents. In Australia and South Africa these features are not on the dash
Spec sheets doesn't translate to real world performance. Next Gen Ranger 2.0L Single Turbo 170ps feels a lot more powerful than Navara's 2.5L 190ps. I had the 2021 Navara VL replaced it with 2023 Next Gen Everest Sport also had the opportunity to test drove the the Next Gen Ranger. -Navara's hunt's 1st & 2nd gear & same goes with the Terra. -Engine power delivery is peaky.. -Not self-centering power steering. -Front nose dips during high speed cornering again same as the Terra.
The VE M/T and VE A/T should be at the same place same goes with the VL mt and at. Aside from the transmission it’s just the same car. Quit ditching the manual cars😂😂
@King Arafat Ibay Didnt you listen to the premise of the video? The variants are ranked based on how much value they offer for the money and how they compare to variants from OTHER BRANDS. If a manual variant sells for the same money as an automatic from another brand while offering the same or fewer features, it would get a lower ranking. The VE mt ranks lower than the VE AT because its more expensive than an automatic variant from another brand ( the ranger xls) while not offering a lot morr features. The vl mt 4x4 ranks highly because its the most feature packed manual variant for the price
Considering Ford left me all domestic brands Have. So many issues , you’ll be selling your Ranger or giving it away . The Nissan frontier In North America- is prices far less than any Other mid sized truck . It’s proven reliability Is unquestionably. Easy to work on and there Is no shortage of after market upgrades . How many shops are qualified to work on Hybrid motors ?? And turbos are extremely expensive , cost prohibitive. They require a constant rate of water and You end up having to change the oil more Often . Can you imagine showing up a Dealer with a million dollars in cash. Better Park your Brinks truck - real careful

What did you get? I'm eyeing for calibre x but also consider the vL 4x2. Any advice?

This is the kind of car review we want.
9:51 The pro4x has power seats on the driver side, so is the Calibre-X
yes; if I may add, the Pro4x initially had manual seats, but then it had been changed to power seats last year or latter part of 2021.
So is the navara VL 2018
I can say manual transmission pick up is by far the dominant pick up truck in my province ( Benguet) ...

Very detailed review. This is exactly what i want to know. Thank you! You just earned another subscriber today!
That's why I got the vl 4x4 AT.. thanks 🙏

I like your style. Review and comparison.

Great video. Very informative
i have a navara pro 4x 2023 and it has a power seats
I think the VL 4x4 MT is foiiiiine!

VE 4x4 MT missing? That's the best for me. 4X4 capabilities with the same engine as the top variants.
You forgot the navara ve 4x4 MT. Where do you think it sits in the ranking?
Sir matanong nga ilang hp NG Nissan navara ve automatic?
Na OOC ako dun sa tela na nakaipit sa rear right door ng pro4X na grey
may power seats na po yung 2023 pro4x
pa review po ng MAZDA 3
you seem like a ford ranger fan sir

Such a joke review
You’re also comparing it with the ranger, I thought this is a Navara competition 🤡🤡

Where is ve 4x4 mt
rank innova variants pls
I'll try
VE has automatic breaking system. It has radar on front. Correct me if im wrong
You are correct. It doesn't have blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert but it does have automatic braking.
lakas ng makina ng navara, laging i check ang air intake filter ng engine nayuyupi lagi
Di mo naman sinama ang ve 4x4 😒
This. I gues, if you are a manual user, its the bang for the buck among all the variants.
Dude is a ford guy lol 🤣
