A tire puncture within the tire's tread area can be sealed in two stages with the tire inflator and sealant kit:
First Stage: Reinflating the tire with sealant compound and air
Second Stage: Checking the tire pressure
Note: Instructions may vary. To ensure safe operation of the kit, read all instructions as outlined in your Owner's Manual. The Tire Sealant and Inflator Kit information can be located under Wheels and Tires or Temporary Mobility Kit in your Owner's Manual.
Warning: Do not use the kit if you have severely damaged a tire. Only seal punctures located within the tire tread with the kit.
Where to get replacement sealant canisters
The temporary mobility kit contains enough sealant compound in the canister for one tire repair only. See your authorized dealer for replacement sealant canisters.
First Stage: Reinflating the tire with sealing compound and air
Park your vehicle in a safe area, away from moving traffic.
Turn the hazard lights on.
Apply the parking brake.
Leave the engine running in a well-ventilated area.
Remove the warning label showing the maximum permissible speed of 50 mph (80 km/h) from the side of the compressor.
Place it on the top of the instrument panel or the center of the dash.
Pull out the hose and the power plug with cable from beneath the kit.
Unscrew the sealant bottle cap. Do not remove or puncture the seal on the bottle.

Unscrew the orange cap.
Unscrew the orange cap
Screw the sealant bottle clockwise into the bottle holder unit fully tight.
Note: Attaching the sealant bottle to the compressor pierces the seal. Do not loosen the bottle as the sealant could escape.

This kit is amazing. We got a puncture at 8 p.m. when coming back from a hill station. There was no shop nearby. We changed the tyre and used the inflator to fill air and safely returned home.

Can we deflate tyre completely and then inflate it with this liquid to prevent puncture or can it be used only in puncture scenarios?
No use it in air filled tyre along with the air pressure only
After filling run your vehicle for approx 3-5 kms so that Liquid gets spreaded

Bro it will not work I have tested it. You have to just punch one small hole in liquid bottle that's it. If you will remove seal completly then it will come more than required and it will be complete waste.
