it's literally the violin version but an octave and a fifth lower, but the fingerings are exactly the same as the violin one

The cellist played beautifully. The only thing I would recommend is that the pianist ought to play a little softer so that the cello can be heard better.

I actually thought it was perfect. I had no problem hearing the cello, but maybe if the piano were softer, I could appreciate that as well.
