Thanks for the video Trey. Question about the "Notes" section in the Incoming call window. Will those notes survive after the call is over? In other words, can notes be applied to a caller so that when they call back you see the notes?
@trey Brimmer The key which is left to "cancel transfer" is not backspace key it is "Recover" key I was looking for an answer to find out why that recover key is greyed out and you simply passed on saying some bullshit
