Sorry for answering late, I am not really monitoring the comments. Just in case you are still interested: The boot menu entries are created automatically after extracting an ISO image in the folder. Actually after a restart of the serva app. Maybe try to create the image again?
Is your PXE Server in the same Network as the PC on which you want to boot? Maybe your firewall blocked the Serva Application. Try disabling it. Do you see anything in the Logs of Serva? About DHCPDISCOVER or similiar?

Where do you get the error? When logging in with the credentials after initial boot? Try setting up the windows share again
