Thank you for this! I have done Elphy for Halloween before the covid shut down. I have the full suite of MAC colors for Elphaba, (or I thought that I did, I don't have the chartruese - it looks like I'll be purchasing some more MAC) and I think the correct brushes. I have decided to greenify again now that I'm back at work and not working from home. I really needed this tutorial, and your story is wonderful. The past years I didn't give myself enough time to learn,(patience is not my strong suit) this year I'm going to start practicing MUCH sooner. Its very hard to do your own greenification, and then get into the costume without making a smoosh. Thank you again. ~Cindy
They still sell landscape green as a paintstick! If you buy the paintstick, you can depot it into a container similar to the ones they use for the chromacake and use it like how they did in this video!
Thank you for giving me an idea on how to do Elphaba’s make-up in Wicked! It would be great to dress up like her for Halloween at least. Or sing “Defying Gravity” cover on my You Tube channel 😉
You can de-greenify pretty well in the shower after you have used regular makeup remover. Although its so funny, I was elphy a couple of years ago and I still find little spots of green on the bathroom wall LoL 💚
lovely application technique, and heartwarming background story !! thanks
This was incredible to watch! 💚🖤
I need to watch this about 25 more times - he is an incredible artist!
I ADORE Joe! What a talented, amazing human. This was incredible!
I Love It!!🧙🏼💚✨
Does someone have a shopping list for all of the MAC products used in this video?
This is such a great video. I loved seeing how to do this makeup!
Me encanta!!!! Me lo haré saludos desde España!!!

this tutorial was excellent and just perfect for my Halloween costume. THANK YOU!
This a great tutorial. Any suggestions on what to use now that they don't sell the Chromacake in Landscape Green?
Did you ever find an answer? I'm looking for an alternative myself.
@@charlotteroberts No, unfortunately :(
@@charlotteroberts I would share mine if I could 💚

The audacity to publish this so close to discontinuing Chromacake in landscape green. Genuinely so disappointed with MAC for this.
It's not discontinued! They're just only sold in-person at pro stores now!
What do you use to get the chromacake off? What product is best so that the skin does not remain stained?
having the layer of foundation underneath helps to prevent staining
