did you change any of the settings in the slicer before you started printing or did you just use them as they were?

when taking model of build plate you should be holding edge of plate & not let it rest on a angle from edge of build plate to knob you will loosen the 2 bolts over time & have to re level more often

Worked great for the first month, then nothing but problems. Won't print a full print and now it's stuck, won't go up or down and not enough room to remove the plate. I wish I never bought this piece of crap printer.
