Transform your garden hand shears with this simple modification

Do you have a few different garden hand tools with a rear or bottom mounted locking catch? If so, you know that they can be a bit of a pain to use. But with a simple modification, you can transform them into much more user-friendly tools. In this video, I will show you how to modify this locking catch. This will make them much easier to use and will prevent them from accidentally opening when you don't want them to.

Well done Matt, a great bit of problem solving, my Darlac ones are the exact same . I got fed up with them and used to tye the clasp to the handle .
