I've watched this over and over. Being a musician myself, it's awesome to see other musicians perform good covers, and in your case, perform 110% accurate covers to songs. I get tired of seeing people put their "own twist" to songs because their too lazy to figure out the proper chord progressions/ structure. Then people get angry when someone tells them "Hey, maybe consider using these notes or chords instead of the ones you used, because those are not correct". I feel that all songs are written with a core integrity that should be clearly understood and repeated when someone performs a cover to those songs. Michael Jackson released the song, which was written by Steveland Morris (Stevie Wonder) and Susaye Greene, in 1979. Spalding's version has elements that she "owned", but you can still hear the song's original integrity in her cover. Great job on this!
