i have NEVER seen that card be pulled when it actually matters, only at the start of games when no one even has one house. I think that's gonna stick in my mind for ages
I do kinda agree that they gang up on him. Sure it’s fun to troll someone bc they’re trying too hard like Steve and baycon often does but it’s also literally the point of the game to play to win. I can definitely see how Dumbdog feels like rather than playing the game, they’re just ganging up on him, it happens in among us and uno too. But it sure makes for good content and I think that’s what’s so enjoyable to watch. For me, monopoly is one of those games that I rarely play bc I feel like people don’t respect the rules - it doesn’t even have to be following the standard rules to the t, just stop changing things mid game for your benefit (or maybe it’s the people I play with) and rather than get salty during the game I’d rather just not play.
