My three year old enjoyed watching this with me, he loves to help cook and I let him choose a recipe from these to try-he chose the avocado egg sandwich. He tasted the avocado while he was smashing it and ended up devouring it, it was so funny. We smashed up another avocado for these and they turned out delicious! He wants to make the “teddy bear toast” next. The overnight oats look good too.

I have never loved to cook but i remember that from early on i was always trusted with big knifes. And ever since i was tall enough i was allowed at the stove as well. The very basics like stirring and cutting techniques and cracking eggs i was taught since i was 5-6. I started to properly cook at the stove by myself only very recently, but from watching the adults and listening to the people who cooked food i already was able to cook very well for a beginner. If i lived on my own at 16 i would be able to feed myself properly, at 10... not so much. Today i can do much more, even have some basic knowledge in baking.

They run our landscaping business and I like to try new things that are light, (with them being outside in the heat) but still delicious. We use the reusable pouches. The kind apple sauce or toddlers use for s.mothers. we freeze them and add thhem to the lunch box frozen.
