Thank you for the video
People need to understand what TDS actually is. Just because water has TDS, doesn't mean it's bad, and vice versa. Up to 150ppm is considered "good water" as a lot of the TDS is made up of good minerals our bodies need, like magnesium. A near 0 reading basically means water that has nothing in it, including the minerals we may not be getting elsewhere. People are obsessed with the TDS number because it's the only way you can measure water "quality" without having lab equipment. What is most important is making sure things like lead and arsenic are removed, but the over-the-counter strip machines can't tell us that.
Thanks for writing this, people should really add some minerals, it will help coffee taste better
Good review! Have you tested the water for Dichloromethane ?
Amazing! Thank you for featuring this. We just bought 10 gallons of reverse osmosis water, no more 👍
Youre welcome! We had been buying distilled water for our gecko and my husbands auto detailing business (to mix the cleaning chemicals from concentrate) and this has been killer to have on hand.
I really like the instant hot and cold features. Is the reading still good after a few months? Do we need to clean it frequently?
kinda curious, cause I know I fill bottles at the store which is a similar "RO system" just on a bigger scale.. and my water jugs typically read anywhere from 4-9ppm. Not a whole big deal....lol. I have tried the @ZeroWater pitcher and typically always reads 0ppm, though not for long....unfortunately and the filters are quite pricey. BUT YES......lol I kinda had the same feeling when I switched to ZeroWater....to me the filtered water seemed kind of "stale" and "without life"..then I staaarted to wonder, when all minerals are filtered out, what's left to keep hydrated.. and yea Im about a gallon of water per day dude too lol.....
We have the Gp3600 it does the fridge and ice along with the sink it's amazing!!
I already told D that I needed the built in because we use it so much. That'll be the 2024 upgrade :)
I wish water drop make an under the sink RO system with hold/cold water out option..
This model seems to be finished, the only one available is this one Waterdrop
