  • Discussing my PDA (pathological demand avoidance) autism and anxieties.
The 15th May is PDA awareness day I thought I would share some useful tools how I cope when I am stressed, why I’m able to do more activities and also share some of my anxieties that I’m still working on. This is (I hope) to help raise awareness and understanding, I try to explain things on how my brain works as best as I can in order for others to comprehend the constant battles that continue on a daily basis and how exhausting that can be. I find myself lucky to be home educated and have such caring family and friends and support network in order for me to thrive. Please note that everyone is different and that how my PDA is presented may not be how everyone’s is, I had a diagnosis at four years old and many life changes for me to be allot happier and was told at age 7 about my PDA which has also helped greatly with self awareness.
Please be aware that I’m only 12 and that my thoughts are my own and my accounts are managed by my parents.
sadly I no longer see my best friend :(
