He has certainly tuned this down A LOT do bring your D down to an A, and all the other strings in line with that. He is mostly just playing the fourth string to provide a bass line and then playing around with the second string with some quick hammer ons and aggressive up picking. I'd be impressed if someone could find the exact tuning here; be like getting the tuning of a Crass song right.

I saw this guy play in Baltimore with Lungfish.every amazing musician was there to see them play.they were awesome.
