Using paint straight out of the tube is something more artists should do more of...I know most art schools will tell students not to do this...that's just bull crap left over from day when variations in paints were hard to come by...today there are more varied colors on the market than ever before and in Billy's instance it is a great time saver, smart, with great results.
Sure thing, when you can afford to use Michael Hardings straight out a big 225ml tube! What I wouldn't give. Some of 'em cost more than 2 weeks' wages...
