There is. They’re called Psyonix and they used to do it in the past until epic games bought them out.
Right. A huge influx of cash can really slow down development. No point in working if you already have money
They wont because of the skill barrier required to play a mode like this with coordination. Psyonix/epic bitch about server capacity as is, so they're not going to set aside servers for a gamemode 60% of the playerbase can't play. They've tried it with volleyball and had to remove it because most people couldn't play. I think they still should add it just for the players that can play don't get me wrong, it's just that they're not gonna.
