25:13 yes and no. The killer can move from the tv screen into the real world, but it depends on whether or not you shoot him at any point during the game. If not, then he'll stay in the game. If you did shoot him, he'll become more and more of a real threat

You need to go back to smile dog and click the bin then click credits after the song and let it end for the secret song
Context for the backgrounds of the songs or things you got kinda confused:
Yumi Nikki - Deep Dream
Yumi Nikki is an exploration based game where you play as Madotsuki. In the game, you explore dreams and acquire small items that change your character to do certain events (which is why she turned into a traffic lamp, cat, etc.). The narrative of Yumi Nikki is highly debated upon. One would say this is a story about isolationism and another could say this is the story of the loss of two freinds. Its up to interpretation. Also, the weird guy at the end of the song is Uboa.
Smile Dog - Widespread
You pretty much hit the nail on the head. However, its important to know that there is actually 3 smile dogs. The first one is the orginal where you see him at the beginning of the song. The second is when he hops of the computer. The third you missed as its in a secret song but, he's considered to be the most dangerous.
Duck Season - Face me
You mentioned that you aren't sure what the dog is. The game never really explicitly tells you but, its implied through a lot of tapes and pictures around the game that the dog is actually your father. As for the ending, no ending is really canonically confirmed but, fans name the ending where you defeat the dog using your pistol is the main ending because its the most narratively horrifying and tragic.
Faith: The Unholy trinity - Mortis
Faith is a ATARI console based game about John Ward, an ex-preist and excorcist who is trying to excorcise a woman named Amy Martain (purple lady) he failed to excorcise a couple years ago. As you progress, John realizes that there's a cult that is trying to bring forth the anti christ by using a ritual called "The Second Death". The grey man is Father Garcia who acts as John's companion and partner as the game progresses. The white (and black) four legged creature is Michael Davies (aka the Chupocobra) who was possessed by a demon and escaped Garcia's house into the woods where John is and Garcia sets out to find him which is why Garcia and Davies is here.
There's a lot more lore in Faith than what i explained so i recommend playing it. Its a amazing horror game.
