Yeah, i kinda disastified with ending. I want the father suffer some more. Just like other father drama (2 version with father as firefighter). That one the revenge really good. The mother using her friend (later to be 2nd husband) as sarcasm for his ambiguos relationship with his first love. She is also use news media to let others know that the father choose to save and accompany his first love kid and stay there, forgeting to his promise to comeback to save his daughter. Thus making the father get fired from job and scorned by society. I can even still remember FL line there " cheating isnt always abt sleeping with others". Both vers is really good satisfying revenge 😤
The mother's hospital scene was so realistic and beautifully performed. I could feel her pain. The funeral scene offerings tonher daughter is such a sweet tribute.

The FL great actress was so perfect at showing the pain of losing a young child, and the way she handled herself at the end in dealing with her terrible husband and mother in-law was award winning performance. The ML portraited a good indifferent father and husband, his crying scene was so believable even with the snot coming out of his nose 👃 very good actor. This is the best drama so far I have watched.❤

In addition I’ve seen one where the husband is left alive and has big health issues and has to watch the FL start a new life and have a new baby with a good man. Agree. This is my 15th version or so. This version is the longest in the wrong way. They dragged the tragic part too long and only left 10 minutes for retribution. ML nor SFL got proper retribution. Suicide is not retribution. Lifelong suffering is retribution. I think this is the only version I've seen where ML was directly responsible for daughter’s death. The other versions, an accident occurred and ML's neglect led to death.

This is a solid 5/10 watch... To me it felt slow pace like there was so much things that could've happen within the time the daughter die like revenge or something, the scum even had time to celebrate with the villain happily but guess the ending was okay but somewhat felt he got an easy end with not much regretting fully... Mother and Villain Girl needed some sort of punishment... Just My thoughts after watching this, so much left unjust 😅

I've seen several versions of this drama play out. I found this one to be more heart-wrenching in a lot of ways. They really focused on and drew out the tragedy of the child's suffering, rather than spending the majority of the time on the aftermath like most of the versions I've seen. The FL did an excellent job portraying a frantic mother desperately trying to find and save her child. The rest of the cast did a great job too. This version has one of the best endings IMO.
FL wasted words when she finally got in touch with evil scumbag dad Instead of telling him problem She wanted to know where he is right now Not telling him why the call was urgent And saying I don’t care who you are with etc Of course the scumbag didn’t want her yelling and hung up Not excusing him but… Anyway the writers and director wanted it that way so the tragedy can continue
Lin Hao proved Su Nian correct, he was not a good husband. YouYou was such a sweet child and deserved better from both parents. Geng Jiao Jiao had no shame, always playing the victim and using her son for leverage. Lin Hao's mother had a bad disposition, her words contributed to what happened to YouYou, now there's no way for her to get that grandson she wanted, her lineage is lost.
Both parents suck. How can you not call help like say 911 instead you just keep running around and calling your dumb husband. They don’t deserve that poor child at all. I don’t feel sorry for either one of them.

The colleagues understood how hot it gers in a car when it's hit outside. They understood science and compassion more than the family. While I feel bad for the mom, she neglected her daughter, too. Work is not more important than family. It just pays the bills. The hubby could gave just dropped off the daughter at the wife's company so he wouldn't be bothered. At least the divorce could have been cleaner. I would have sent the hubby to prison. He did kill his kid willingly and willfully. He was warned multiple times.

Out of all similar drama, the mother in this one is the hardest to act. Almost losing sanity because not knowing where her daughter is, cannot believe her child is dead to the point of laughing then crying hysterically... the acting is amazing. I also love that the father and grandma never get to know where the child is buried. The mother cutting the father's heart with soft knife then he heard himself in voice note telling his daughter to never seek for him.... 😘🤌 Love the ending. Though I have 2 more scenarios where 1) the mother go insane before they managed to divorce so the husband had to "lose" both wife and daughter, or 2) the husband get reborn to an au where the mother and child are living happily with a different husband & father and he can only watch from afar like a beggar.
This husband literally needs to be in prison, he killed his child by having her in a hot car, like what kind of thinking does this guy have to be like okay stay in this car for hours in the heat. Ugh and the audacity for him to ask his daughter to donate for his first love son, like damn this is new. Some people blame the wife but the mother hands was held no one would tell her where her daughter was located and her and her staff looked everywhere until she found her daughter, by then it was too late. The father and his companion son was the problem with evil intents, everyone involved should have gotten punished.

I almost couldn't finish this drama because I was so overwhelmed with emotions. The female child actor and female lead were perfect. Actually, all of the actors did well. The ending was not in line with the story, but I guess we all wanted to see the father and his first love punished. 😮 In real life, call the police the moment all family and friends confirm they don't know where your child is located or status of her safety. ❤
They did call the police that's how they found his car. Unfortunately they were looking for the ML's car not the SFL'S where the child was delaying the rescue even more. Sadly mom went past the car while looking for her husband's silver car and the little girl was crying out for her but she didn't see her.

The FL did an excellent job portraying a frantic mother desperately trying to find and save her child. The rest of the cast did a great job too. This version has one of the best endings IMO.

之前看過其他版本，用大部份時間女主報復丈夫和小三;看得更加爽！
這是看過最好的結局，摔下去順便把白月光一起壓下去，一起去跟佑佑陪罪，可是女主角太可憐了害我也留下了淚了，這部戲才算是結局。

@mercyline621 I was thinking the same thing. I have to say that I felt happy that the wife's colleagues all putched in to help. They felt bad for the daughter, more than her own dad and granny. The colleagues understood how hot it gers in a car when it's hit outside. They understood science and compassion more than the family. While I feel bad for the mom, she neglected her daughter, too. Work is not more important than family. It just pays the bills. The hubby could gave just dropped off the daughter at the wife's company so he wouldn't be bothered. At least the divorce could have been cleaner. I would have sent the hubby to prison. He did kill his kid willingly and willfully. He was warned multiple times.

Out of all similar drama, the mother in this one is the hardest to act. Almost losing sanity because not knowing where her daughter is, cannot believe her child is dead to the point of laughing then crying hysterically... the acting is amazing. I also love that the father and grandma never get to know where the child is buried. The mother cutting the father's heart with soft knife then he heard himself in voice note telling his daughter to never seek for him.... 😘🤌
Love the ending. Though I have 2 more scenarios where 1) the mother go insane before they managed to divorce so the husband had to "lose" both wife and daughter, or 2) the husband get reborn to an au where the mother and child are living happily with a different husband & father and he can only watch from afar like a beggar.

Some people blame the wife but the mother hands was held no one would tell her where her daughter was located and her and her staff looked everywhere until she found her daughter, by then it was too late. The father and his companion son was the problem with evil intents, everyone involved should have gotten punished.

I almost couldn't finish this drama because I was so overwhelmed with emotions. The female child actor and female lead were perfect. Actually, all of the actors did well. The ending was not in line with the story, but I guess we all wanted to see the father and his first love punished. 😮 In real life, call the police the moment all family and friends confirm they don't know where your child is located or status of her safety. ❤
They did call the police that's how they found his car. Unfortunately they were looking for the ML's car not the SFL'S where the child was delaying the rescue even more. Sadly mom went past the car while looking for her husband's silver car and the little girl was crying out for her but she didn't see her.
好不容易联系上老公净废话，不说重点，也不报警，看剧太累了。破剧！侮辱观众智商！那么有钱，找接送孩子的保姆啊。孩子的爸爸真是狼心狗肺！
