Thanks for the relaxed driving pov! It's kinda hard to find an E36 driving pov without the driver speeding up crazily with their modified & noisy engine
Very Nice video! The 1992 316i and 318i with M40 engines they hold 100hp / 113hp.. After 09.1993 316i and 318i have upgraded M43 engine 102hp./115hp. Similar to M40 engines power and torque, with some technical upgrades. That era BMW’s are easy and simple to maintain, and have proven overall durability.

The previous car from my father, he ride in with me when I was a child! Only difference was it was from 1993. Beautiful car, you got good taste Makes me wanna have it for my 1st car soon
it is rwd so it might be difficult having it for first car. i would recommend getting an old toyota or honda that is fwd as a first car to really learn how to drive and then going to the bmw. but do whatever you like, just my opinion.
@@ChristosMourelas ive got a one as my first car and they are so easy to drive, because of the long wheelbase and 100~hp its hardly a handful and it really does take a lot to get the backend to step out. also it being an old car visibility is great so parking is easy, and its good on fuel
@@ChristosMourelas I have driven a Long Opel Frontera A as first car and it seems easier to drive to me than any FWD economy car. So im hoping a E36 will be that much more pleasurable.
Ill buy one as my first in a couple of months. I think maintenance costs are worth for such a sporty drive. (Not very fast, but who cares with speed limits)
I have a 1992 318i, it was standing half of it's life, so a month ago I changed the oil 2 times (2nd after a week to be sure all dirt comes out), rocker arms, camshaft, hydraulic lifters, belts, wheels, and lots more. Now its running like brand new. Only the alternator is noisy, but I guess thats normal...
it was always funny and sad to me, how i can drive my cars really well, and around the track too, never had an accident, but im absolutely retarded when it comes to parking..just me or ?
I just found one of these for a reale good price and prety low milage. It looks great. Shame i dont have the money right now. Hopefully I'll be able to get one when i get enough money
@@uvwevwevweonyetenyeubemuge4036 Its absolutely fine for cities. 102hp is more than enough for daily commutes. If you are looking for something more sporty with more top speed, then I would look at different models, like the e36, but other than that, its an absolutely fine car.
In my E36, also a 316i from 1992, the lever takes quite some force to put it into reverse gear, but when I'm driving and the car is warm, It get's quite a lot easier to put it into reverse.
Yeah, about 7L if you drive normal (at least on German roads), I think it's pretty good and even though the engine isn't the strongest, it does make a lot of fun to drive because of the cars chassis and everything else
I wouldn't be able to publish - for other people to see, of course - a video of my car showing litter on the passenger side’s floor, but maybe that’s just me….

It was not full gas there
Not true

I absolutely suck at parking and im always anxious im gonna hit something when manoeuvring
I'm not that bad at parking but I still get nervous everything I do it and have to redo it alot lol.
It's just practice
The trick is when you start driving start from parking in your driveway and then make your way to the road and get a license
I managed to accidently push a smart car into a lake reverse parking near it . Lmao . My insurance is still costly . ;)
