Love the keys as markers of growth!
Pretty good example if I do say so myself.
Your positive attitude is very contagious Ryan. Morning showers are truly a good way to start the day !
Thanks Bill! Hope all is well!
Loving the rambles Ry! Keep em coming. I'm working to stay positive and goal oriented. Thanks for the fresh motivation!
Thanks dude! Always something to be grateful for!
Great point to spin 180 and just look at the positives.
Thanks Lucas. Sometimes it hard, but it has to be done.
Looking good pa
Thanks Bro!
Thanks so much for your honesty and humanity. Thanks for sharing and for getting to know you. Peace to you on your journey Ryan. I just picked up Debbie Ford's 'The Right Questions' an oldie but a goodie. Take care
Thank you so much!
It's not ironic that our stories are very similar- abusing substances takes you down a path where you indeed lose yourself.....the way you speak, from the heart is beautiful & it's really nice to hear a guy share his experience because we ALL have feelings we can't control, but we CAN learn to manage how we deal with them & how we deal with life....PMA= Positive Mental Attitude
Thanks for the comment! I couldn't agree more.

Yes Bro!
I love that you put out new stuff so regularly.
In my journey to understand a very late ADHD diagnosis, I heard the best thought on intention and perfection.
B- work can change the world.
But work that never gets done, helps no one.
Keep it coming.
Thanks for the great comment. I’ve got plenty more content to come!
Do you ever think about throwing the pads back on again?
Not that there's hockey happening right now.
I still throw them on for some pond hockey, but no real interest in playing in a league again. Getting picks ripped off my head isn’t nearly as fun as it used to be. Haha
