Yep I'm teaching myself coding so that I can get away from door trash and make way more money. You are never too old to learn something new.

@@gfish9636 say you have no clue about coding without actually saying it. It will still be several years before AI can even get close to what a full stack developer can do. And companies have been faking the AI results for years as well. A perfect example is the Amazon to go stores. It wasn't AI at all it was Indian's watching people to see if they were actually buying stuff or putting it back. Next time try doing some research first before you comment.

I have tendonitis in my thumbs too. Wear the brace as much as you possibly can and ice at night. If you’ll take Aleve it helps with the inflammation. If you don’t take oral meds, there are joint pain creams that help. Wear the brace round the clock is the key

You should do hand stretches and isometrics for your hands. You can also put rubber bands around your fingers and thumbs and extend them against the tension. I've been doing them for 30 years, I carry mail, I'm almost 60, and I have no pain in my hands.
I have torn rotator cuff in both my shoulders. If you don't already know, and there are like the 40# waters, etc, you can ask them to take off order and will give to another driver. It saved my shoulders and still made my money. And use your wagon more. Good luck
In my market if you dont have Platinum you will get MAYBE 1.5-2 hrs a day IF you schedule a week in advance. If not you WONT be dashing. IJS
Being from the streets, you learn the product don’t always sell for it’s true value. However, some money is always better than none. Bad orders good orders, get money for your time.

I’m glad you picked up on that, I shift all the time I have my business and do this on the side. If I have to get a W2 to help my business I will. The importance is catching it when you need to move to get the best profit!

Depending on your market. Cherry pickers are gone once the tiers comes out. If your not at least silver status, you won’t be able to schedule a single shift. On top of that dash now is dead. It’s only available if it’s busy and not enough people. But platinum and gold tier gets first priority to dash now before cherry pickers. Gl
This is slowly rolling out every quater they get new markets if you dont have it trust me you will. For me this will come late november do to the fact that my market is one of the ones that are always last to receive new programs. Im not even going to try if its to much bs time to move on. Im dusting off other apps but its really difficult to do since im so low in ratings becuae I stupidly put DD first but not anymore. But seeing all those trash spark orders makes me second guess using the app. My market gets slow during the summber maybe its about time i bust my ass during season and start taking the summers completely off maybe Ill do that this year.
Idk I believe that there is a reason they released the tier program. All the good orders will go to the highest tiers. Accept all till you get to that tier and then try it out. Until you actually do the platinum program you can’t speak on it.

Mooshi the problem in Miami is that they idle you when you don't take low offers. Before Platinum I was only getting 1 to 3 orders then about 5.

Things are gonna get a lot tighter before they get looser. All I see is people not working and wondering why the prices are skyrocketing for the necessary things to survive. Pretty soon we will be trading luxury items for a single peanut that is on backorder for 6 months.

Tier program is a scam. Still making good money cherry picking. Only difference is the dash now option.

The priority access has been in my market for a long time now and i just want to say you are in for a rude awakening. You are going to see WAY less orders. The only thing that's going to save you is the alcohol orders.
