    Great video! It's important for consumers and future buyers to understand their purchasing power and mortgage options. A lot of people assume that you require 20% down to purchase a second or even third property however there are available options to purchase with as little as 5% down! All comes down to cashflow and potential for rental income to offset the carrying costs. Keep up the great work!

    Regarding your cash flow statement near the end of the video: Were you using the figure of a30 year mortgage at 3% ?
