I’ve got more video topics lined up, I’m just waiting for some parts to show up! Maybe I’ll change up the order and do the wiring video before the LED headlight swap!
I’m the worst at replying! My apologies! You’re very welcome! I’m trying to help get a bit of info out on the interwebs. Thanks for watching/commenting💪🏼
Thank you I just viewed and enjoyed your vlog. I have a 2014 Suzuki C90 Boss, which have owned for about 2 years now. I previously owned a C50T. Have you changed out the air filters in your C90T? I have a set of K&N filters and the Suzuki owner's manual is very limited on that process. But I understand the second air filter requires you to remove the fuel tank? Any advice you can provide on that will be helpful. The dealership will do this but are telling me it's about a 2 to 3 hour labor fee and at $140 an hour I am not very anxious to let them do that. I changed the air filter in the C50T but it had just the single air filter on the right side. Yes, I am curious too about the wiring you have done on accessories that would be of interest. Also have you replace you turn signals and or head light with LED's? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Ric
Hey Ric! First things first, thanks for watching my vlog! Also, big thanks for commenting. Now, down to business! While our bikes are 2 years apart, they look identical (except yours is way cooler because…BOSS). I HAVE changed out my air filters with K&N and I did NOT have to remove the tank. The owner’s manual has useful information, but I found it quite anemic when I came to minute details. That was the original reason for me hunting down a dealership maintenance manual. I will also say that I brought my bike into the dealership to have my work double checked…it was A-OK. If you’re not on a time crunch, I can make a quick video tomorrow showing the steps to replace the filters. As for the wiring, I can certainly make a video on that too!! Truthfully, I didn’t think anyone would actually be interested. Finally, the LEDs for the headlight and signals. I haven’t changed mine out yet, but it is on the short list of things I plan on doing soon. Thanks again! Alex
I forgot you ask when you changed out the air filters with the K&N did you notice a difference? I certainly did when I added them to my C50T, a bit more power and a little bit more rumble with the pipes.
@@ricmiller484 I did notice a bit more power with the air filter change, I’m not sure if my bike rumbles any louder though. But I think the air filter exchange was worth it, for sure
Looks like your close to Spruce Grove. I just bought a 2014 c90t. Love it so far. It’s strange there isn’t much on them. And hard to find parts. Where do you get your parts?
Hahaha close!!! I'm on the other side of Edmonton, Fort Sask! I really love my C90t and I wish there was more info out there. I got really tired of having to search for whatever answers I could on websites that were 10+ years old and stumbling my way through it because the newer versions of the bike are different. I know this channel started off as something completely different, then morphed into a kind of "catch all". But I really enjoy talking about bikes and tinkering with them, so that's where this channel is headed now. I'm working on a video about upgrading headlights and one that shows how I created an integrated garage door opener that ONLY works if the key is in and in the on position. But if you want to see a video about anything in particular, just let me know. As for the where I get my parts, I haven't found a reliable source in Canada (although I haven't searched too hard). I have had great luck with suzukipartsmonster.com. I'm not an expert and sometimes I don't know the name of what it is that I need...which is why I really like this site. It gives the rough area of the bike where the part you need would be situated...then it gives and exploded view of EVERYTHING. When I say everything, you can order 1 single nut or washer and they have the parts numbers. If you find yourself struggling to figure anything out, feel free to ask me and i'll try and help find the andswer. Be safe riding out there!!
Sorry for the late reply! In my experience you DO NOT need a Suzuki specific crush washer. Essentially, it’s just a small oil container…as long as she’s leak free, you’ll ride happy!
I just bought a 2018 and this video helps so much thank you 🙏🙏🙏
I learned so much about the Boulevard. Thanks!
Thanks, bro! Feel free to use any of the info for your next cinematic masterpiece!
Thanks so much for this. It helps a great deal.
Great video. Have exactly the same bike. Interested in the wiring. More 2016 Bully videos !

Can you use a standard M14 aluminum crush washer or do you need a Suzuki specific crush washer?

Video is ok, should also show physical demo ( location’s) of the bike while on the job. What is the size of box spanner to open drain plug .
