Another Cracking video Graham 👍
I did some of them some time ago.
We're doing some Hedge row wine kits at the moment. I was surprised how good it came out.
In these kits you get the basic bits to a wine kits, minus the juice, you add your own, from fruit or just juice.
We picked Blackberry's last year made it in October and just tried one. It's lovely. Guna do more soon.
Looking forward to your next video
Good vid, what was the final gravity? I usually brew the Solomon Grundy platinum, makes great wine, red or white.. I'm waiting for buckfast to bring out a kit 🤣
😂😂 good Aul buckfast I will have to check my brew diary but from memory it turned out 12% I think . Might have to give Solomon Grundy a go if I can get it . Cheers 🍻
Just did my first wine few days ago, started with the Australian blend, should be ready to rack into the secondary tmrw. Will try this one next, looks very similar to the Australian blend
Hopefully it’s all goes well Aidan so simple but yet so nice you can’t go wrong for the price of making it
@@grahamlawlorshomebrewrevie8227 have seen a nice kit on geterbrewed was expensive at about 140e but was an Amarone and have spend 30 to 40e on one bottle before so to make 30 bottles would be savage.
Graham...... do you not have to stir once you put the yeast in??
Alright Stevo no it is not necessary to stir it in . It will do its own thing you can stir it in but I find you can end up with some of the yeast on your mixing paddle. Pending on my mood I can stir or not stir . Cheers 🍻 happy brewing
If you can get beaverdale wine kit it’s the best one I have done by far comes with oak chips
Love your attention to detail and your honesty. They rarely take the time as advertised, but longer is always better in my view. Great video.
Cheers mate honesty is best policy
