Hello. Did you replace the original aluminum heatsink with the copper one? I read that copper heats up faster than aluminum but also cools down faster. Aluminum heats up slower than copper but also cools down slower. Copper is better suited for applications that require fast heat transfer, while aluminum is better suited for applications that require gradual heat transfer. Copper is better at carrying heat away, but it's inferior at dissipating it; hence, aluminum is used for heatsink fins. Aluminum’s lighter weight compared to copper also makes it more suitable for attachment to a steel backplate, helping to avoid putting too much stress on the speaker structure. Also, copper is more expensive than aluminum. Anyway, did you notice an improvement in cooling with the copper one compared to the stock aluminum one? :")
@@Techscrews Oh. Must be the previous model, Microlab Solo 6. I have the Microlab Solo 6C, and the heatsink is made from black anodized aluminum. Also, mine has volume, treble, and bass knobs on the right side of the speaker. :")
I have edifier r1900 tiii liked its sound(hooked up via creative zxr), but a week ago 6c and 7c had big discount, so I decided to upgrade my speaker to 6c and I did it. Tested some songs, i don't like 6c, there is only highs and some bass, there is less mid or midbass. I want change 6c to 7c, it is possible right now thats why i ask differences between 6c and 7c, I know technical specs, i want to know in terms of sound quality differences, especially mids. Can anyone who is experienced both 6c and 7c give me a good solution?

@@Techscrews It is difficult for me to judge the prices in the USA, but in Ukraine materials for the completion of the acoustics cost about $ 40.
