Received 200 points positive lmia, employer job offer letter contains my position, my salary, full time job, it’s location etc but didn’t mention that it is valid for 1 yr after I get the PR, is it ok or should this thing be also mentioned in it , I am FSW outlander

How long does it take (taking into account Covid related delays) to:
1. Get the LMIA (the whole process starting from advertising the position)
2. Get the work permit?
And one more question, do we apply for the work permit online?

It is the employer’s responsibility to apply for the Labour Market Impact Assessment, not the employee’s. If they receive a positive outcome it means that they can employ a foreign national as they were able to prove that they could not find a suitable Canadian to fill the position.
