00:46 lump in my throat and goose pimples.
So proud that im British!!
Im British. I can also add that USA has a few brilliant display squads too. Probably the best. As for the 'British are coming' we don't carry tea to Boston Bay anymore. But we love you. Wholeheartedly
The British are our friends and allies. And we are theirs. I enjoy watching documentaries on the Royal Military. And the BBC ! The best programs. Love to them This air show is really something. The best musical masterpiece was from Britain..it's called Exile on Main Street.😁 Thank you for the magnificent air show
I'm from England, very proud of the Red Arrows! USA have some incredible air acrobatic teams too!!! Mutual respect for the talent on both sides of the pond.
"Can anyone see the Red Arrows"...Yeah..and I'm proud to be British..fills me with pride..Great video ..
sophiesgem Same here. The red arrows are sick, though I'm obviously not a part of their team but when they flew over at 0:55 I felt a feeling of invincibility.
I have seen them fly at Clacton a few times, the Red Arrows are brilliant!!
just proves to you how good our piloting skills are in britain. it makes me very proud to be british to have these and the spitfire
@@vKxrey premature parts failures, software disasters and USAF quietly admitting it to be a disaster, other than that, it looks good, sorry
@@ianmcfadden5450 little part failures, quite a few software failures tho. It’s still an amazing plane, the USAF never once called it a disaster.
I just want to know if anybody yelled "the British are coming" right before the show started.
Just goes to show hownternational teams can entertain world wide. I'm from England myself, so the Red Arrows are a yearly treat. But for you guys over the Atlantic, this must be a real treat, and the cheering in that video was greatly appreciated. Hoping to see the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels in the future.
God bless America x
These guys give me goosebumps every time, so proud to be a brit when I see these guys
The Best of British..Hope you guys enjoyed the show :)
Friends are coming
Those BAE Hawks are super nippy when it comes to roll rate and turning, that's one of the reasons there displays look so cool!
those brits know how to fly.
00rouchy00 They could make an "F U" sign in midair :P
thought it was bit boring to be honest lol i think they not aloud to do half the things they use to.
Made me feel proud - can't wait to see them at Southsea this summer
They make me proud to be British, they are a great advert for the UK.
They're probably the best in the world 🌎
They train (in Cyprus) and perform all year round. No wonder they are the best.
Awww thought they was going to end on the heart with the arrow through it, still amazing!
It looks like they had a height restriction put in place because they did there flat display for low cloud or restricted airspace. I'm guessing major airports nearby.
Just totally awesome, these guys make you so incredibly proud...
Just love watching this footage. The Americans appreciate the Arrows as much as we do in the UK.
18:38 absolute crazy manoeuvre
great video. thanks for posting :)
In the UK they do way more stunts.
music joe12 they have three different displays and they had to do the rolling because of airspace. This happens in uk aswell depending on weather airspace and other authorities
Obsert Hoffman suppose. I've not seen them for years, i use to see them practicing over the wash in England from by back garden when i was a kid. i thought maybe health n safety ruined it.
@@leviking4891 Absolutely nothing to do with foreign airspace, the cloud cover was low, hence they flew the flat display.
@andyknight1 And sometime in the future I am making an investment on attending the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. I so want to see the Red Arrows again!!!!
10 mins 30 secs... goosebumps
Poetry in motion........nuff said.
Every performance in England is packed to bursting point when these guys are on.
Wonderful Show!!
Amazing Royal Air Force.
As a student at Lincoln university, I have to say that these guys can be a right pain when I'm struggling to recover from a well-earned hangover and they practice their incredible moves right over my accommodation.
That wa utterly stunning
Mad dogs and Englishmen.... Thank you so much for sharing this superb video of a wonderful day.
The Pride of Britain.
Oh look! another red arrows in Lond- NEW YORK CITY?
And us Brits know how to do it well
Great choice there...Highly recommended !!
not seen the red arrows for years, they use to practice over my house years ago, as i live right by the sea . this footage seems really tame tho, they use to do extraodinary maneuvers. maybe health n safety has reigned it in a bit.
great to capture the birds in the vid
demonstrably "The best of the Best
we brits know how to put on a good show!
@PlaneBrain1JB I took my dad there last year it was a very good show. My dad liked it so much he has already got tickets for this years.
The best air force in the world
Great to see.
THE WORLDS BEST!!!!
The very best.
great vid cheers
great show they did in Blackpool today would love to see the blue angles or thunderbirds down at RIAT though!!
Great. Planes ✈ I Love. This. Very. Much Of My Times. Even. So. They Are. From. London, England. 😀🇬🇧
Wow! !
Andrew Pernia you do realise there are more cities other than London? RAF have bases all over the UK
That is formation flying without equal.
Off to see these boys in action this afternoon in Blackpool, United Kingdom
Who's watching this in 2018 after receiving the news that there coming back in 2019.
very nice video
Looking good RAF
It looks like they had a height restriction put in place because they did there flat display for low cloud or restricted airspace. I'm guessing major airports nearby.
As a proud Brit 🇬🇧 I am justifyingly proud of the Red Arrows. However similar display teams such as the Blue Angels, Thunderbirds and Snowgeese all bring something different to the audiences. Blue Angels and Thunderbirds have huge powerful machines. For relatively close up audience experiences I would say the RedArrows and Snowgeese might be a little easier on the ears, but respect to all.
thats gypo break was **money**
I take it you'll be filming the Red Arrows this year when they do there 2019 American Tour
RAF Red Arrows, brilliant, Proud to be British, God Save The Queen.
Blue angels are are a stunning performance Their wing tips are closer. I have huge respect red 4 1994.
Manolo Mantegna lll Blue angels use fly-by-wire technology. The red arrows don’t use any.
YES--i READ RECENTLY, THAT THE BLUE ANGELS WERE FORMED BEFORE THE RED ARROWS, WHICH SURPRISED ME, BUT THERE YOU GO, BOTH ARE THE GREATEST EVER.
I miss 'the twizzle' maneuver in which they are line abreast, red, white and blue smoke on and they peel off one by one.
I see these guys flying over my town moving from A to B all the time, i'm sure a lot of Brits do.
Also, 14:03... daaanm, The reaction timing of that was insane.
As an RAF Air Traffic Controller I have to say, I've seen that move at 14:03 many times, from below, given that ATC is normally underneath the display. It's all a matter of perspective. The aircraft don't really fly head to head, there is a lateral offset that is designed to be difficult to see from the crowd position, making it look very tight and impressive. No doubt they are highly skilled but not everything is as it appears.
iSquared Hadn't considered that, surprisingly. But then i never see air shows. :P
THE RED ARROWS ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCK.
Us the brits are very good at our job! We had The Worlds best Vocalist! RIP Freddie Murcury! SAS and SBS! SAS is The World Best Special force! As I seen in the Comments the red arrows are top dog!
and after it just doent get better that that ,,, at 10mins 38 secounds the arrows do the SHALL WE BEGIN NOW MOVE
To say they're good is an understatement
I bet the americans thought the red, white and blue was for the us flag NO it's for the union jack
20:24 What's that?
Ik they are British and awesome but what was the wooing about
Emily Horway That's the American mating call. Americans of both sexes often compete for mating chances by excitedly wooing the loudest, often pumping their upper limbs in to the sky with their fists clenched (this heavily depends on nearby competition and adrenaline levels). Female Americans often finish their mating call by repeatedly hitting their open hands together making a tapping sound, while the males often indicate the end of their call with a hearty 'arrll riiite...yeeaahh woooooOOOO'. This behaviour is often copied by nearby Americans. This repeats incessantly for many hours, often for no logical reason. Little stimulation is required for the mating call to both start and maintain with unfathomable duration.
can’t people just compliment them instead of rabbiting on about being bloody british based on an air show
red arrows: simply British, simply the best!!
pity they didn't do the signature "cupid" finishing move
RULE BRITANNIA
It looks like they had a height restriction put in place because they did there flat display. They do it for either low cloud or restricted airspace. I'm guessing major airports nearby.
Noisy buggers ruined my picnic
Stewart Savage Oh dear! I hope you didn’t starve. 🥟🍔🍕 If you want NOISE try the Mess on Dining In Night.

Red arrows are fucking amazing but what are British planes doing in new york ?
So why were the arrows at NYC?
It was a private show but the public where able to view from other sides
planestigersanddrums Theres no such thing as a private air show really is there?
*****
Really? I thought the only base that the UK and US Air force regularly work together was Langley....?
13:30 That's a Bitch to get right!
This is telling the EU don’t fuck about
2:25 Police pigeon with siren
There's another RAF stunt team called the Blue Eagles (I think) and don't mistake them with The Blue Angles. 1, they fly jets. 2- They are American. They're good, but the Red Arrows are better :p
+Miriam Butcher I made a mistake. The Blue Eagles are Royal Army Air Corps
Its well known as far as I know the Canadian Snowbirds are easily the best. Its what everyone who has seen them all says.
@Gerrard Gerrard I looked it up and they have won more airshow awards for precision flying than Blue Angels, Red Arrows etc They are the most decorated team of all time.
dont try this at home
oops blog.thenewstribune.com/crime/files/2013/05/eatonville-plan-crash.jpg
Ah back in the days of toxic masculinity and nine Hawks!
The Brits do it the best.....the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds are amateurs and fly and act like robots compared with the best...............................The Red Arrows..!!
Our Red Arrows are alright, but they are, after all, RAF. The Korean Black Eagles are better :)
Proud to be British and a daughter of a RAF retired 35 year service gentleman. At 18:40 best move!!
