How long did it take you to build your homemade organ ? Good sound and it is cute. :D

I had an idea and started working on it early 2022. I wasn't getting the results I wanted, so I searched around and found the John Smith busker organ site and bought plans in November 2022. So, I've been working on this machine for almost two years.
