Hi, So I had my heart chakra bursted open by someone I believe to be my twin flame. There were crazy crazy synchronicities that day and for the days and months that followed. Focus on improving yourself. Your spiritual blocks (childhood trauma, ego issues, anything that might block any of your 7 chakras… you can look up what blocks which chakra). You two are mirrors, so if you improve yourself and let go of many traumas that are making you hyper focus on that which is outside yourself, she will feel that and manifest that growth in her own way in her own life (Ex: “What is _she_ doing to make this twin flame thing work?” More like, what are _you_ doing to make yourself absolutely and totally ready for that?)
Keep in mind that one twin may spiritually awaken faster than the other, so practice patience and listen to chakra healing frequencies. Meditation and yoga has _really_ helped me.
