    Most language students believe that speech triggers fluency. So the more you speak, the faster you get fluent. But this isn't true, since many people try to speak for years, yet don't become more confident and fluent. The truth is that fluency is built through understanding as you destroy doubts you have about a language. As doubt is destroyed, confidence and fluency develop automatically. So if you want to become a fluent English speaker, learn English as a FIRST language by destroying doubt, and speaking success is guaranteed. :)

    Hi, I have watched your videos for 7-8 years, when I, as a high school student, struggled with English.
    I was thinking I would never can study abroad with my bad English skills, but now I live in a English speaking country, finished my bachelor degree here and nearly done with my master degree as well.
    Just saw this video pop up from my feed, indeed, your lessons are always amazing and easy to follow.
    You are one of the people who bring me to who I am today.
    Thank you.

    I’m so happy after a long time to get some of your lessons I didn’t get at all recently. :(
    I’m still enthusiastic to see you drawing this way, so spontaneous and so explicit!
    In addition to your amazing work to help us to get fluent in English, I’m a great fan of your art too!! :D (I was born in the art universe)

      The Native Fluency Blueprint shows you how to get fluent, then you apply these strategies independently as you learn. Fluent For Life gets you fluent with step-by-step training that destroys doubt, and it’s guaranteed. :)

    Hello Hiro from Japan. I have a question. In order to have that "Aha moment, " we need to prepare for that moment like going going over some words or expressions on a daily basis.
    I check some basic expressions daily and try to have them in sight whenever I happen to see them like in the movies or in the lyrics of music. Do you think I am on a right way for "Aha moment "?

    • @EnglishAnyone
      @EnglishAnyone  2 місяці тому +5

      The key to having these moments is usually approaching vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation from different “angles.” So if one example doesn’t help you understand something, try a different one, or from a different speaker, etc. You see a few examples of this in this video, like the various pictures of “dep” (which isn’t a real word). But trying different approaches is always better than repetition. Watch the “how to make espresso” video on my channel for more. :)

      This is what we do in Fluent For Life. You must focus on the topic that gives you doubt. This is how you’re able to learn quickly. :)

    Hey Drew. So you mean: "You saw the birds over there on the branch 🤭" and the word yonder is used differently? Thanks for all 😂❤

      "Yonder" is usually a greater distance than "over there." :)
