Oh Jess, you did so well! I had the emergency button pressed when my little girl was born (she's 9 months now) and I couldn't stop myself from crying when I saw Pete push it, it just brought back so many memories. Baby Avey is beautiful, well done xxx
I'm 28 seconds in and crying already! WHY DO I KEEP DOING THIS! Pregnancy hormones are a killer at 35 weeks! I'm just so overwhelmed and excited Emily and Jess! Thank you for sharing 💙💙
This was so emotional and just beautiful to watch. Well done Jess - he's gorgeous! And thank you for being brave enough to share it. Congratulations xx
Omg this is so amazing, you did so well. So calm. It just takes me back to my labours, I forgot the whistling on the gas and air!! Well done super mum xxxx
Oh my gosh my heart was in my mouth when they pressed the red button! How traumatic. I\'m so glad you were all ok. What a beautiful boy. Well done guys x
Oh Jess, welled up watching this. Love watching everyone's birth stories, they make me so emotional... and broody! You were absolutely amazing and your little man is beautiful x
Eek! Well done Jess - he's beautiful. Brings back memories, I had an emergency c-section, spent most of the night with consultants and doctors fussing around me, taking blood from the baby's head 4 times 😬 then both of our heart rates were dropping so we were whisked down to theatre. I can't remember a great deal but the team were amazing and my midwife captured some great photos in theatre. It was all worth it and to be honest, I can't wait to do it again! 😊
I sort of avoided watching birthing videos after I had my first because it was a traumatic emergency csection. Now 34 weeks with my second and this made me cry, I remember that split second that they make the decision to progress things further and wish so much they had tried that manouvre with me as he may have come out without the need of a csection. I am going for a VBAC this time round and hoping for the water for pain relief. p.s totally giggled that your other half was using the G&A hehe xx
haha Pete having a good look! It always looks so different having an epidural. There's no way I'd be laughing while the heads out haha! You did fab though xx
Jessica this is just beautiful. A lovely video to look back on to see such a beautiful moment. I love watching these as they're so precious for each family, but I so wish my labours were like yours and Emily's. I mean I wouldn't change a thing because I have my beautiful boys and they were fine, but I wish I had at least one birth that wasn't back to back. X
Aw this made me cry, it's so scary when the buttons pressed, you did so well Jess ❤️ I had complications when I had holly & Emily, the were born at 32 weeks, holly was born fine but when it was Emily's turn to come out a few minutes later she had a cord prolapse and we were rushed into theatre, it was so scary, I passed out and they got her out eventually, all j remember is being wheeled down the corridor on a tricky with a midwifes hand in holding the cord etc back cx
Bless you. It's scary when thy do that. I had it with George, as he got stuck but he came out back to back with his arm up. So I had the end of the bed off, legs up and given an episiotomy. Not fun. He's ok though obviously. Lol
