omg they’re so considerate, they even taught us how to make cornet molds if we didn’t have any, and what to do if we were going to knead the dough instead of using a mixer!! 🥺🥺🥺 thank you so muchhhhhh
I have made these before and they are amazing! If your a fan of Nutella or hazelnut, when adding the chocolate to the custard add a good dollop of Nutella as well, or for more savory use dark chocolate instead of milk :D I do recommend making the cone forms before or while the bread dough is rising. If you have access to the metal cones, buy them. They are great!
Hi, so I can see I made this about 10 years ago. I think at that point I was around 14-15 years old, and I just wanted to say that your channel really put a love of baking and cooking in my heart! I want to make these again soon and see how well I do ☺️
Happy to know you are visiting our channel again!😍 This is one of the oldest video but the recipe is still usuful when making the bread🥐😋 Thank you for your support. Good luck in the kitchen!❤️
Angelic CrowXIV the head is a metaphorical concept that exist different on each individual... --shows gainax ending backgroubd with lucky star substituting the nge casts--
I made these using your video today. I had to substitute a few ingredients but it came out great! I've never baked bread before so I was a little nervous. I'm tired from cleaning but I'm really proud of myself. THANK YOU, CHEF AND FRANCIS!
Non-fat dry milk powder will increase a savory taste and appetizing aroma. You can probably substitute milk powder for babies, or use 70ml milk instead of 70ml water if you can't find the milk powder :)
Four years ago I came across this video because I wanted to make the cornets from Lucky Star and actually followed this recipe to a T. It took six hours to make since I wasn't prepared but it was WORTH IT
Chef makes it all look so easy. This is better than Food Network. Not only are the demonstrations more thorough and easier to follow....but Food Network doesn't have Francis!
I can't recommend a particular product but how about getting a digital kitchen scale? It usually shows both ounces and grams. I found many inexpensive products ($8~) on amazon.com. Good luck! :)
I made these yesterday. They came out perfect! Didn't put chocolate though filled it with fresh cream. Thank u for the recipe and thank u for showing how to make the cone!
fat end. Even though you might think- crap I'd eat all the chocolate then! By eating the fat side, you'd prevent any of the chocolate from falling. Or if you want, peel a little but of the small end and dip it into the fat end.
I tried this today. was really nice. but I prefer without the chocolate filling. I didn't have any cones so made some myself and it worked wonders. thank you! will be making this again.
Excellent recipe. Made some today and they are just great. Your dog is great too, well trained. I used milk instead of water and it tasted wonderful. Thanks!
Konata and Rimi~ truly the connoisseur of choco cornets~
Don't forget Korone, the dog from the bakery~
Rimi's gonna be proud
Bandori. It's everywhere.
She's already proud uwu
ah yes, a man of Bandori

I really appreciate the homemade horn mold tutorial at the end! Very helpful.
foil also doesn't conduct heat well, so it's almost instantly ready to handle by hand after any heating.
That is the most well behaved canine I've ever fucking seen.
Isabella Troski oh I know. My dog would be knee deep in flour :)

Good call!👍
Which end of a chocolate cornet is the head? The fat end or the skinny?
Skinny
Lol that question is in lucky star
Sana Shariff Didn't they end up saying break off the end of cornet and dip it in the chocolate? Or it was just easier to start with the fat end?
stupidest question i ever heard!.... DUMB DUMB DUMB D:
Leanne Chetcuti shut up bitch
omg i watched this when i was a young kidddd!!! 久しぶり見ました!子供の時にずっと動画を見ました!今はもう22歳になって日本語も勉強中になりました!

So gonna make this. But not only because it's delicious looking, I'll also do it because of Lucky Star.
YESSSSSSS...
i cant believe im replying to a comment 6 years ago but howd they turn out..
Yes. A bread machine can be used to knead the dough instead of the food processor :)
I appreciate how this channel frequently showcases more advanced recipes. Nothing basic about this chef!

I really shouldn't watch these videos when I'm hungry.

Lucky star reference?
+nehela1 yes my friend

The big bit looks like a butt
Try asking Miwiki.
Chocolate and bread, two of my favorite things.
The only reason I want to learn how to make this is because of Lucky Star :3

LUCKY STAR! (^_^)
japanese baking is really next level science class. but it's so worth it, man. thank you guys for your videos!
Konata always ate these during lunch in the anime/manga Lucky Star!!!!!! They all questioned eachother which side to eat. Hehehe
When I saw this video on the side, I instantly thought of Lucky Star. I watched it so long ago that I forgot what they were eating was called.
+Deadpool Spidypool lol
idk what that is but it makes sense to eat the big side to me. like an ice cream
or maybe take bite of side to make people confused haha
When i saw yoongi I screamed
Korone-san!
Now I'm imagining a fanart of Korone-san hugging Francis.
I love it when the dog just checks out.

But do you eat it from the head or tail?
Tail *-*
Side.
But which end is the tail? Caterpillar end or shell end?
+magicstix0r No, no... You should always remove the bread and dip it in the chocolate!
+Sor OMG Lucky Star!

Yes.

fat end. Even though you might think- crap I'd eat all the chocolate then! By eating the fat side, you'd prevent any of the chocolate from falling. Or if you want, peel a little but of the small end and dip it into the fat end.

kopopo23 Or "Cooking a human" mwahahahahahaha lost in translation
Shut up! Francis the dog is the best part.
I tried this today. was really nice. but I prefer without the chocolate filling. I didn't have any cones so made some myself and it worked wonders. thank you! will be making this again.

This look delicious! And thanks for making the thing for the bread at end great help!
