Cosmos today: THE Nuts (sweating), lee, Keith, Art, Jim, Hal/
For me, red hot. Pretty much on the max, quite a bit.
The bumps rather separated us, Jim's KG working against him, but also that he didn't have a TT bike. But I reckon everyone in the team gave it a load of welly in this race.
Our Darren showing, in Zwiftpower, the highest w/kg out of 105 riders of the race in 3 time sectors.
Knees complaining. That might have in part been down to a walk out into the marsh after lunch.
