Hello. Just found your channel over the last few days and I’m impressed. I would DEFINITELY like to see walking in ready, furnished property in this price range and lower price range also and anywhere with a garden would be immensely interested. I’m interested in how plausible it would be to retire to permanently in a few years time. Plus how much with ALL fees that would have to be paid how much would have to be paid on top of the asking price ! Also is it one of the zones where the government is trying to attract retirees from overseas? I’d be grateful if you could provide some solid information. Best Wishes L.B

Hi LB, thanks for the nice compliment! Unfortunately I don't offer advice about the actual purchase process (or fees, taxes, etc.) because that is not my area of expertise. There is a TON of information on the internet and on UA-cam as well as people who specialize in helping people purchase and relocate. You should be able to find lots of information with a simple google search. I'm hoping to put together a list soon. There are also many different Facebook groups which are a great source of information and assistance. Good luck and please comment again if you can't find anything.
