You did a good job next time I recommend replacing a little bit of the tomatoes with some more peppers
You were supposed to cook that tomato paste until it really got some color on it. That jollof is looking a lil light skinned

@@lifewithmarq yeah when you put the tomatoes in the oil, you want to cook it until it kinda darkens and it kinda starts to look like pebbles. Don’t burn it, but it deepens flavor and the color. Another tip is to roast the veggies prior to blending!
