- Bagged my 2020 WRX STI with Airlift front and rear struts + SOLD my TE37's... It was time to part ways with the BC extreme low coilovers and TE's I had on the car. It was a short setup but I definitely missed being on air suspension with flashy 3 piece wheels... What wheels should I get for the STI this time?!

I was driving from la to Sacramento in my sti back in 2021 and the SAME THING happened, I'm driving around 3am and I don't remember how it happened but I j remember opening my eyes and I'm diagonal on the freeway headed straight towards one of those fat ass poles w the freeway exit sign or whtvr, luckily I was able to swerve back into the freeway with no damage besides dirt.

Bro I was hella tired with like few hours of sleep and somehow I closed my eye for a mins or something and hit my gf’s car by wall next to carpool, but thankfully everything was okay and nobody on fwy and the car is not that bad as what I’m expecting but had damaged. Def learned my lesson as well.

You’re lucky man. Sleepy driving is as dangerous as drunk driving. People don’t think it is, but now you can say it is for sure. I live in the Temecula area and to say you don’t even remember that drive to Miramar is crazy…stay safe man.

I once drove from work back home at 5am since I work nights. Working nights definitely messes up your sleep schedule and I only got 4-5 hrs of sleep in two days. I never remember me driving like and one time I busted my power steering rack on my old STI going through a bump I didn’t see on the side of the road. I totally feel you, I’ll keep in mind napping in my car cuz there’s been times I almost died lol
So dangerous. Learning lesson for sure!

Happened to me on my stock wrx wheels after I sold my 3 piece wheels. On the way to the gym at 5 in the morning, after a couple of turns then onto the main road I popped the front bags 🤣. Ordered 25mm spacers the same morning.

I'm getting a new '23 VB premium in a few weeks. I was thinking of coilovers, but are there reasons why bags would be better? Do they last longer/higher quality?
Just convenient to get over bumps and driveways! Takes more work to install and more expensive but it’s way more convenient!
