THANK YOU MUCH FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE, I JUST EXPERIENCED THIS AND IT'S GIVING ME A DIZZY. AFTER SEEING YOUR VIDEO I CHECKED THE BOTTOM TRAY AND THERE WAS A PAPER STUCK AND I TRIED IT SUCCESSFULLY. MY MACHINE WAS BACK TO NORMAL. ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH
