    At the time of buying distance between to back to back balconies was told to be 15 feet. now it's 8 to 10 feet.😢

    Sir, ek question he Mera! 2BHK ki car parking back to back hai! Lekin 2BHK block ke piche gap bhi hai! Kya vo two side open car parking ke liye hai? Agar nahi he to fir kya solution hoga 2BHK walo ke.liye?

    All signature projects are sub standard.. They are trying to polish it off by giving ACs, furnishings etc.

    My Update of my booking of my flat in signature global city 93 , when i was booking the flat i was offered a discount of 5 lacks from signature , i was not happy with the discount so i refused then i got a offer that we cannot offer you discount directly from signature we will offer discount through our channel partner. they offered me another 5 lack in the form of credit note from the channel partner , i agreed to that and i was given a credit note that can be en cashed after i pay my 16 % payment and this credit note was supposed to be addressed in the next 20% payment, I paid the amount asked in demand letter excluding the credit note amount , now both signature and the channel partner both are not honoring the credit note and i am been paying interest while i am fighting with the channel partner and signature both are now not responding. this credit note will be honored was agreed in written via email from the relationship manager from signature but both are not acknowledging it , i am food one more time by Signature. Guys please do not invest in this project i am stuck but you guys save yourself.

    Signature 93. Budget friendly, all amenities, car parking, club house, sports facilities, Listed builder,shopping plaza and Central location. All good. I think fourth floor with full roof right is value for money. Roof can be used for Gardening or small get together and also for sunlight in winters. Nicely covered sir👍.

    If max FAR is 2.67x how ground coverage can be 82%? If 82% is the coverage then total FAR needed will be 82%x4, which works out to be 3.28x. It will be great if you can clarify. Thanks

    Dagar ji, others land ka kya status hai, waha in future kuch high rise etc ban gaya toh problem ho jayegi. Also 24 mtr road nahi bana yoh West side flats ko entry exit mein problem hogi
