This is such valuable information. I am of the opinion that tongue tie should be purposefully checked for at birth, not wait until symptoms arise…and they will. If not during breastfeeding, then development of jaw and palate. Is all connected. I’m 51 and have a tongue tie…it explains so much about my life journey with regard to dental health and sleeping well.
