You should apply as Lab. Technologist as you have done 2 years degree after Intermediate.

May be they changed their rules at my time they accept my 2 years Degree in MLT. and I passed Lab. Technologist exam. If you have also 2 years Lab. Technician Diploma, tell them, may be they accept it , otherwise you may apply for Lab. Technician exam...

Are you working as a Microbiologist, if so then you can apply as a Laboratory Technologist in specialty category as a Microbiologist. After MS one year work experience is mandatory as a Microbiologist.

No. Diploma 2 years required hai. And Degree 3 years according to new DHA exam rules
