It was our priority throughout this project to maintain as much crossover and blending between our styles as possible. I think this tune might be my favourite example of that. I love collabs where you can pick out what each artist contributed to the track and I hope you all enjoy that with this one 💕▼

Yeah I can easily pick out who did what, I'm not really too big of a fan of collabs where the sound design is uneven (meaning where one persons design outweighs the others)

This is exactly what I would think 2011-2013 dubstep with modern sound design thrown in would sound like. I am fully on board with bringing classic melodic dub back to the forefront of the genre.

Early 2010s melodic dubstep fused with modern melodic dubstep is what I would love to see a bit more of. When done properly, it brings a big sense of nostalgia while also keeps up with the up-to-date sound design (and can be very emotional as well).
@@Kysertron You should listen to Astra, he makes a lot of the same type of melodic, oldschool dubstep, but with modern sound design techniques

I've been to a Oliverse x Franky Nuts set. It was fucking sick. Delta heavy and pegboard nerds on the same night. I can safely say adding to Chime to that would be fucking bonkers.

@@Trickey2413 Actually, a "breakdown" is a term used in mostly non-electronic music where the vocals stop and the drums become heavier, so technically the *drop* would be the "breakdown" of bass music. A buildup doesn't require drums, it's a buildup of energy before the drop. I've been producing for 10 years, are you some dumbass boomer or some shit?
