The show was written for 5 seasons, but all sources say the final season was never made. Keep in mind, if Disney, Jetix, and all companies had the show completed, they would have aired it. The 4th season was aired with little or no advertising since they had given up on the show before it aired. They aired the show on Jetix for almost 2 years after the series "ended", so if they had a final season done...it would have aired.
What's the episode @ 0:49? I don't like how SPRX treated Gibson after that. Okay, fine, he let the others get away, but he could have become evil if he touched the cristal, he already had when they found Thingy, didn't want that to happen again.
I don't know what it is about this show; I usually don't watch cartoons, but there's just something about it that makes it so cool. Like Samurai Jack, eh. Awesome vid!
