Scariff is pretty small, you can see most of it by walking around. There is a nice health food store on Main Street called "The Grainey", and there is a nice cafe called "The Garden Cafe" on the same street. The town next to it, Tuamgraney, has a chocolate factory which you can visit (Wilde Irish Chocolate), as well as a McKernan Woollen Mills (www.scarves.ie/pages/irelands-hidden-heartlands).
