I remember going to a "Symphony of the Goddess" concert a few years back and when it got to the Wind Waker segments the conductor put down her normal baton and picked up a Wind Waker to conduct. She showed it up to everybody and while everybody was cheering the conductor looked excited to get to do that.
Same in Washington. Eimear Noone is her name. As a person with some conducting experience, I know that a baton is an extension of a conductor's arm just like a painter's paintbrush or a carpenter's hammer. Conductors hate using batons that aren't their normal one. I give her plenty of props for making it through the rest of that symphony wielding an object that must have weighed 10 times more than her regular baton and felt like a club in her hand. All for the fanservice.
The Legend Of Zelda series has had a big impact on my life. I’ve learned English from it; lived through his storytelling and its INCREDIBLE music 🎶 and managed to completely lose myself into the games along the years. Whenever I need to focus on a task, I don’t think there’ll ever be anything that can top music from this series. It is pure, refreshing, over the top, classic and simply wholesome. I have troubles to explain how much this game series has mattered and still does 🤩
The first reading in English I did that wasn't a school assignment was translate the lore in the guide that came with the cartridge "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the past" (snes). I took time and I had to consult the dictionary often. But I learn a lot and it boost my confidence with the language.
They look so happy playing the OoT shop theme. 😀 (00:50:56) I wouldn't blame them! It's a fun track to listen to, and I'm sure it's even more fun playing it! 🕺💃
I haven't cared much for these newer past two Zelda games but Zelda will always hold that special place in my heart. The music should never be forgotten.
Link to the Past and Twilight Princess have the two best soundtracks in the series for sure. I have a hard time picking between them, but Link to the Past did pretty much introduce all of the most iconic reoccuring themes in the series. Hard to beat a classic.
Never played Link to the Past, but I was around for Ocarina of Time, I think that was a master piece to me. But ultimately I think it depends on our childhood experience that made those games more magical
I swear I cry at least 3 times listening to this compilation; brings back so many incredible memories of the Symphony of the Goddesses. Those were the best things I've ever been to in my life, and I really hope they bring it back one day. Thank you for this compilation, my homework and studies thanks you!
The Wind Waker Symphonic Movement really got me emotional watching all of the things happen again, and then Link leaving Outset Island with Tessa after all he did to save his sister. This video is so great.
