UP3 is an annual event to help units get what they need to deliver fun and exciting activities and programming for their Scouts. Districts have paired up to provide a fun and meaningful program. You'll share ideas, resources, and fellowship! Get your date on your calendar and register today!

A man is lost on a foggy London Street, desperately searching for a way out, when the mist parts and a young boy appears. Nearing hopelessness, the man strains his eyes as the boy approaches and, evading the dreadful fog, escorts the man to his destination. As is the way, he refuses a tip for his helpful service, instead offering the anecdote, "a Scout does a Good Turn Daily."
Inspired by the boy's selfless actions, the man would go on to spread the movement of Scouting, sharing the tried and true service and training that helped him on that fateful day.
Even now, the movement spreads, with new leaders emerging and more youth learning the ways of Scouting. This spring, those Scouts will be called to join two action-packed events aimed at furthering that program, providing support, inspiring new ideas... and those Scouts will enjoy ice cream and door prizes for their effort.
