      @@kelly-annoharrow9868 i haven't been to a doctor yet. I feel better now. I have lowered my SGPT & SGOT to normal levels, i don't have back pain now, my calcium is back to normal , my anemia is borderline now ( 13 ) , ESR is still somewhat high ( 20-30 ) . I have lost 35 kgs since then, I was quite overweight

    I was first diagnosed with MGUS in 2019. I’ve gone through many blood tests and urine collection. At present, I’ve been classified as Kappa light chain IgM. I go to out cancer clinic for testing and see my doctor who is an Oncologist and also a Hematologist and go on a regular basis. I go next month for my next appointment but my blood seems to be progressing towards NHL from being exposed to a certain weed killer for 30 years. My brother died from MM after being exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam. Because of that fact, my oncologist is leaning towards MM for me too. However I was anemic for over 3 years and suddenly when my M-Spike jumped up 125% in December 2021 and my anemia is gone. Any thoughts on why me anemia suddenly disappeared along with my low level of hemoglobin?

    Can kappa light chains and kappa/lambda ratio increase in chronic inflammatory conditions and/or infection ?

      I watched a video saying if it’s Infection/Inflammation the Kappa and Lambda rise together. So the ratio would be within range

    IgA 597 mg/dl
    IgG 644 mg/gl
    IgM 35 mg/dl
    Total light chain kappa 151mg/dl
    Total light chain lambda 157 mg/dl
    Ration = 0.96
    Can someone explain this, am i on remission or not?

    Hey doc! My total protein levels have been between 8.3-8.5 at least for the past 7 years. My cbc and calcium levels are normal. Could this be multiple myeloma??? I’m 27 years old!!
